At NOMAD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We will notify you via email as soon as your return shipment is scanned into the system.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
